Gpac is partnering with a growing, well established Transportation company to add a sales rep to their team!

The Company- A leading freight forwarder providing transportation and logistics solutions, committed to delivering exceptional service to clients. With a proven track record of excellence, the company specializes in providing customized freight and supply chain management services

Job Summary: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Southeast United States region, with a specific focus on the transportation and logistics industry. You will work remotely and manage your own schedule, leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to acquire new clients, nurture existing relationships, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities within the transportation and logistics sector.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including shippers, carriers, and supply chain managers.
Understand client needs and deliver tailored transportation and logistics solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Track sales activity, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
Stay informed of industry trends.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications:

3+ years of international freight sales experience in the transportation and logistics industry. THIS IS A MUST.
Proven track record of sales success and achieving revenue targets.
Strong understanding of transportation management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the Southeast region (when needed).
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

Experience selling full-service transportation solutions (freight, warehousing, supply chain management).
Established network in the Southeast U.S. logistics market.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
