Pre-Pivotal Synthetic Drug Product team seeks a Process Development Associate to support early formulation studies and basic physicochemical characterization that advance preclinical and first-in-human programs. In this entry-level role (BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials/Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related; 0–1 year experience), you’ll execute experiments under guidance, keep meticulous electronic records, assist with lab readiness and sample logistics, and help distill results for internal reviews and regulatory documents. You’ll collaborate with partners across Discovery, Analytical, PK/PD, Toxicology, and Clinical Supply while learning to use automation and digital tools to boost throughput, reproducibility, and data traceability. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious communicator who embraces safety, quality, and data integrity in a fast-paced setting. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to help turn promising molecules into medicines for patients.
