Dhaba94 is a fast-casual American diner with Indian comfort food influences, located inside the Marathon Travel Plaza in St. Cloud. We focus on fresh food, good quality, and fast service — serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to travelers and locals.

We’re building a reliable kitchen team and looking for cooks who are quick learners, hands-on, and dependable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cook and assemble diner food including:

• Burgers, grilled sandwiches, and wraps
• Pancakes, eggs, breakfast items
• Fries and fryer items

• Assist with Indian food assembly (training provided):

• Portioning prepared items
• Assembling bowls, wraps, and plates
• Following recipes and plating standards

• Work flat-top grill, fryer, and prep stations
• Open and close the kitchen using checklists
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and health code standards
• Maintain clean, organized workstations
• Assist with prep, stocking, and basic inventory rotation (FIFO)
• Work efficiently during busy service times

What We’re Looking For

Line cook, diner cook, grill cook, or fast-casual experience preferred

• Fast learner — willing to learn Indian food assembly (no prior experience required)
• Comfortable working on a flat-top grill and fryer
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to follow recipes, portions, and systems
• Can handle a fast-paced environment without cutting corners
