Assist with personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
Draft and respond to motions under supervision, applying foundational litigation skills
Support attorneys in trial preparation, discovery, and client communications
Learn and apply Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP) and Rules of Evidence
Collaborate with support staff and senior attorneys to achieve strong client outcomes
JD from an accredited law school
New Grads Welcome!
Licensed and in good standing in TX, AZ, CO, or NM
Some exposure to litigation or clerkship experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused mindset
Desire to grow into a successful plaintiff attorney
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
Competitive base salary + uncapped bonus potential
Work-from-home flexibility (1 day/week)
