Job Description:

EventLink Group is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Data Entry amp; Customer Support Specialists. This position is fully remote and ideal for candidates who are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently from home.

You will be responsible for handling basic administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer support through digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data into company systems

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone

  • Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy at all times

  • Assist with basic administrative and reporting tasks

Requirements amp; Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
