We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team and lead our 3-year-class. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Duties

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all children feel valued and respected, contributing to their well-being.

• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting and sharing observations with parents and caregivers.

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience.

• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on their child's development and address any concerns.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.

• Adhere to all school policies and procedures and state regulations for early childhood education.

Requirements

• CDA, TCC, or High School Diploma

• CPR and First Aid Certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
