Pest Control Technician - Austin, Texas:

What your duties and responsibilities will be:

• Maintain a 1.5% or lower retention rate.
• Maintain a 5% or lower call back rate.
• Maintain 4.8 (out of 5) customer satisfaction score.
• Minimum 2% upsell/cross sells closure rate with an annual goal of 2% - 5%.
• Pass Quality Pro & Green Pro Certified tests within first 90 days.
• Minimum 5 reviews monthly from Yelp, Facebook, Google, etc.
• Generate minimum of 10 estimate appointments per month.
• We require rotating Saturdays two minimum per month plus rotating on call availability on Sundays. It could be three or more depending on staffing levels and seasonal work. 

What you should bring to this position:

• Drivers License - Must have clean driving record.
• Pest Control License - Must be licensed in the State of Texas to perform pest control.
• Termite License a plus - Termite license a plus but not required at time of hire. Must obtain a license within 90 days of hire date.
• Physically Fit - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Walking, driving and standing a minimum of 8 hours a day required.

Job Summary:
Pest control technician are responsible for performing general pest, termite, rodent and mosquito work using environmentally friendly green products. Technicians will be assigned a route and will be responsible for performing services, assisting customers and office personnel. Technicians will work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday work during busy season.
