Job Description:

As an Optometric Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting our optometrists to deliver top-notch eye care services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting preliminary tests and assessments, such as visual acuity, color perception, and depth perception.
• Performing diagnostic tests using specialized equipment to aid in eye examinations.
• Assisting in contact lens fittings, including instruction on insertion, removal, and care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in an optometry or ophthalmology setting is preferred, but we also welcome enthusiastic candidates looking to start their career in health care.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and recording data.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification as an Optometric Technician is a plus but not required.
