Brewing Brand Management is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician to join our Dunkin’ network!
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning for our Dunkin' locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying basic fixes to buildings and ensure facilities are clean, guest-ready and consistently maintained.
Responsibilities:
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on food service equipment (ice machines, coffee equipment, toasters, etc.)
• Perform repairs and/or install new restaurant equipment and fixtures
• Perform minor fixes or repairs such as repairing broken tiles, clearing drains, replace plumbing fixtures, replace light bulbs, etc.
• Performs tasks such as painting and repairing cosmetic issues in some locations
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during repairs and renovations to accomplish tasks within the flow of business
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested
Requirements:
• Experience using hand and electrical tools to complete repairs
• Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and follow instruction manuals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, when needed
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
