Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Holiday Inn Express Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maximizing revenue.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of the hotel including operations, sales, and finances.
• Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
• Maintain high standards of guest relations and customer service.
• Implement revenue management strategies to optimize profitability.
• Conduct night audits and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Utilize multilingual skills to assist international guests.
• Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals.
• Supervise various departments within the hotel.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide staff.

Experience:

• Proven experience in hotel management or related field.
• Proficiency in human resources, revenue management, and night audit procedures.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities.
• Previous experience supervising teams.
