$235,000 - $275,000 / year
guaranteed year one then Salary + RVU model year 2 and on
100 % medical coverageHealth, Dental, Vision, Disability with 401(k) and life insurance
$20k relocation
$150,000 Sign-on, Over $300,000/yr
$150,000 sign-on bonus over 3 years$50k on start, $50k end year 2, $50k end year 3

About the Position:BC/BE Family Medicine

Team of 4 other Family Medicine physicians
Mon-Fri, 8-5 position.
Call schedule is 1:3, but RNs take first call.Average # of calls per physician is 1 call every 3 months but all done over phone.
No hospital call, no nights, no weekends!
Excellent work + life balance
18-24 Patients per day
Full Lab and X-Ray services on site

Qualifications:BC/BE Family Medicine

Board Certified or Board Eligible
MD/DO
