Job Description

Applicant must be able to speak, read, and write in english.
Must have knowledge of how to work a computer.
This is a Monday - Friday position from 8am - 4:30pm

Assist with General Maintenance Repairs and Tasks: Including, but not limited to the list below:

• Perform routine inspections and repairs of buildings, grounds, and common areas. 
• Replace light bulbs, batteries in smoke detectors, and air filters.
• Repair or replace door handles, locks, hinges, and cabinet hardware.
• Patch and paint mi nor drywall damage in units. 
• Assist in assembling furniture or fixtures. 
• Unclog minor drain blockages using non-invasive methods (using plunger or snake). 
• Maintain exterior areas including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaped areas free of debris.
• Replace HVAC filters as needed.
• Maintain dumpster enclosures and report oversized items that need to be hauled and dumped. 
• Replace blinds or screens if needed.
• Basic cleaning of units.
