We're currently seeking an
Entry Level Interior Designer to join our integrated team of Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, and Master Planners. You’ll be part of a culture that values deep collaboration, technical excellence, and continual growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas—and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.
What You Will Do - Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA.
- Assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments.
- Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects.
- Review and process construction administration documents.
- Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination.

Entry-Level Interior Designer Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 0-2 years of experience in all phases of Interior Design projects
- Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Committed to building a long-term professional career
Entry-Level Interior Designer Preferred Requirements - Experience with Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
