Jefferson Healthcare () is seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to lead and elevate our hospital's supply chain management. In this pivotal role, you'll provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership for all aspects of supply chain operations-from sourcing and procurement to inventory management, distribution, and capital asset planning. What we are looking for:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Supply Chain Management preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare supply chain management
  • Minimum of 3 years of director-level or senior leadership experience required.
  • Certification in Supply Chain (e.g., CMRP, CPSM) is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
