This is a full-time, salaried leadership position —not a contract or temporary gig.

As the Director of Affiliate Marketing , you’ll lead everything affiliate-related, supported by 1–2 direct reports to assist with operations.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• ✅ Ensure all affiliate systems run smoothly (with admin support)

• 🔧 Revamp our current affiliate program to boost appeal and performance

• 🛠️ Design and launch a brand-new affiliate program for our AI remarketing platform, AIR

• 🌐 Build and manage a thriving affiliate community around AIR

• 🔄 Develop a growth engine that attracts, activates, and retains affiliates—while encouraging referrals

• 🎁 Oversee merch giveaways, contests, and prize promotions

• 📢 Handle KOL outreach, influencer promotions, and paid ads

• 🪖 Be a one-person army in the beginning—hands-on, all-in

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Leadership & Team Building

While your initial focus will be execution , you’ll eventually have the opportunity to build out your own affiliate team.

💥 Make no mistake: This is an extremely hands-on role to start. You’ll be in the trenches, driving results from day one—with operational assistance.

🧠 Requirements

• 🔥 Proven track record building and scaling successful affiliate programs

• 📈 5–10 years in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or internet marketing

• 🧑‍💻 Experience building and nurturing online communities

• 🗂️ Strong skills in documenting systems and supporting cross-functional teams (product, front-end, data)

💵 Compensation

• Base salary: $200,000

• 💥 Significant bonuses tied to performance

• Salary is based on experience, skills, and level

• 📦 Benefits not included in base salary (see below)
