Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Brockton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional service by efficiently managing schedules, optimizing routes, and ensuring accurate data entry. This fully onsite position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while enhancing your customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage client appointments using Google Calendar and Google Maps. - Optimize routing schedules to ensure efficiency and timely service delivery. - Input and maintain accurate client information within Google-based software systems. - Provide exceptional customer support by answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries. - Handle outbound calls to follow up with clients and confirm appointments. - Assist with order entry and processing to ensure seamless operations. - Collaborate with technical teams to schedule services and resolve any scheduling conflicts. - Maintain a detail-oriented and friendly approach when interacting with clients and team members. Requirements - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required. - Proficiency in using Google Calendar and Google Maps for scheduling purposes. - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication skills for managing inbound and outbound calls. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. - Familiarity with order entry processes and related software. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
