About the role:

The Coordinator, Corporate Services is responsible for all corporate first impressions, serving as the first point of contact for Coventry in person and on the phone.

Requirements

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and field all incoming phone calls to the Coventry main line.
  • Oversee daily office functions to ensure everything runs efficiently.
  • Balance and prioritize various tasks and requests from different departments.
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Utilize strong email and phone communication skills.

  • Ability to remain organized and timely.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
