Nestled in downtown Sausalito, CA, right next door to the Southern Marin Fire Station, our café is more than just a coffee shop. We’re a community hub offering quick food, quality coffee and tea, and free Wi-Fi to all who walk through our doors. Whether it’s locals working remotely, firefighters gearing up for their shift, or tourists taking a break from exploring the scenic waterfront, we take pride in serving the perfect drink for every occasion.
We source the finest coffees and teas from the San Francisco Bay Area, bridging the gap between organic farmers, roasters, and consumers who crave the perfect cup. With 11 hand-picked local tea blends and gourmet coffee options, we aim to leave every customer with a smile.
As a Barista, you’ll be the heart and soul of our café, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages with care and precision.
- Providing friendly, attentive service to all customers, whether they’re regulars or first-time visitors.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.
- Assisting with food preparation and ensuring items are served fresh and promptly.
- Sharing your knowledge and passion for coffee and tea with customers.
We’re seeking individuals who:
- Have a love for coffee, tea, and connecting with people.
- Are friendly, approachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- No prior barista experience? No problem! We’re happy to welcome enthusiastic beginners who are eager to learn.
